The integration between the different Teriac clients –users- within the same clinic is based on the secured Internet channels, without Internet there will be no integration.
Teriac system requires the minimal available Internet connection, the amounts of data that are sent and received are of a small size which does not require high speed or big download plan.
Minimal computer skills are needed, also training will be provided by Teriac team on how to navigate and use the Teriac.
Teriac support team will try their best to do that for you unless your old EMR system has any legal or technical limitations that prevents us from doing the migration.
The minimal requirements of Teriac desktop client are:
a. Processor: Celeron 2000 MHz or equivalent.
b. RAM: 2 GB
c. Disk space: 1 GB
d. Internet connection.
e. Windows XP SP3, Vista SP2 or a any newer windows system.
Yes, At any time Teriac client application is able to find an Internet connection all your data will be synchronized to the server and your changes will be applied. But in order to keep well integration between all the clinic users you should use the offline ability only when necessary.
